Augustus records details by family and by family members. Detaills include birthdays and other anniversaries, photos, pastoral notes, group particiation, roster involvement and meeting attendances.
Augustus is more than a glorified address book. Families and Individuals can be selected by customisable categories and groups. Using these selections, Augustus can produce merge letters, send emails and provide lists for producing rosters. Augustus can publish your Church directory - with photos!
Augustus caters for silent phone numbers and other private information. Data can be marked as exempt from publication, and it will then not appear on publications and reports. ("Not for publication " reports are still available). Augustus requires a password to access and a seperate password is required to access pastoral notes.
Mac users: Augustus can sync address and other information with your iPhone via Addressbook. You can also update the members details on your iPhone and have it update Augustus.
